These terms govern your use of EventInvoiceHub, an invoicing application for freelance live event professionals, offered as a web application at eventinvoicehub.com and as downloadable desktop software. By creating an account or using the software you agree to these terms.
EventInvoiceHub lets you track clients, shows, rates, expenses, and taxes, and create and send invoices. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices you produce and for your own business, contractual, and tax obligations.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with no payment method required. The trial is limited to one per person. We match trials against a normalized form of your email address; creating additional accounts with alias variations of the same mailbox does not grant a new trial. When the trial ends, your data remains readable, but creating and editing requires an active subscription.
Your business data is yours. We claim no ownership of it and use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Desktop app data is stored on your own computer and is entirely your responsibility to back up.
You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' data, circumventing trial or subscription enforcement, reselling the service, or using it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
Tax estimates in the app are planning approximations based on published tax tables that change over time. They are provided "as is," may not reflect your actual situation, and are not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Always confirm your obligations with a qualified professional.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventInvoiceHub's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (your data rights, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
